L’obiettivo dell’elaborato è quello di proporre una strategia per gestire l’avviamento di un nuovo modello in una linea mixed model, che produce già un modello a regime, considerando i vincoli imposti da diverse funzioni aziendali così da garantire un giusto compromesso tra manodopera impiegata e margine di tempo a disposizione per la messa a punto del processo.
The objective of the thesis is to propose a strategy to manage the ramp-up phase of a new model in a mixed model line, which already produces a fully operational model, considering the constraints imposed by various business functions in order to guarantee a fair compromise between manpower employed and margin of time available for setting up the process.
