Riassunto
The cannabinoid system is a complex biochemical system involved in several physiological processes; It consists of CB1 and CB2 receptors, endogenous ligands and various enzymes with different functions. The activation of this system allows us to modulate the immune system, both central and peripheral level. The aim of my thesis was to synthesize compounds with activity on CB2 receptors, deepening relations business activities of the compounds of the series 4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxamide.
Also, in my thesis, I have dealt of the chemical synthesis of new inhibitors of PDK1. The PI3K / PDK1 / Akt is one of signaling pathways, which regulates many crucial cellular functions in survival mechanisms and cell growth; numerous studies have helped define this signaling pathway as an important target for the development of new anticancer therapeutic strategies.
