A deep changing of the environmental business condition can be witnessed throughout the time, remarking a natural and incessant process where business model of the firms has to adjust. Innovation and internationalization, in this context, are two doable solution to save business competitiveness.
In this text we face the innovation and internationalization processes, firstly, focusing on the theorical grounding explaining the forms, the reason and the problems come up from these processes. In the second and last chapter, we are going to analyse the connection between innovation and internationalization of the firms, trying to raise up the critical point in light of the previous researches.
