La tesi descrive l'approccio trasversale adottato nell'ospedale di rilievo nazionale dell'AOUP anche analizzandolo alla chiave delle nuove normative e dell'approccio HACCP. Per corroborare questa tesi, sono stati raccolti ed analizzati i dati dei campionamenti delle acque nel periodo 2017-2024
This thesis describes a trasversal approach to water safety, as it is adopted by the national hospital of Cisanello and S. Chiara (AOUP); it is also analyzed under the new EU laws, implementing Water Safety Plans, and HACCP protocols applied to water safety. We have based our conclusions on water samplings collected beetwen 2017 and 2024
