Il lavoro si propone, mediante un'analisi critica volta a mettere a confronto le caratteristiche del fenomeno Internet con le problematiche che al contempo è in grado di cagionare, di mettere a nudo il lato oscuro della rete, mezzo incomparabile in grado di implementare le libertà dei consociati, ma al contempo da maneggiare con cura, poiché nell'era dei Big data il concetto di privacy è ormai mutato.

The purpose of this paper is to show the dark side of the net, incomparable vehicle able in implementing the freedom of the people but in the meanwhile to handle with care, knowing that in the Big data era the concept of privacy is profoundly changed. I will use a critic analysis to show traits of the phenomenon "Internet" with all the problematics connected.
