We present an extension to the open-source molecular visualization software PyMOL designed to facilitate antibody study and design in both virtual reality (VR) and traditional desktop environments. Our contribution augments PyMOL with paratope estimation, integration of molecular dynamics simulations, machine learning–guided antibody evolution and enhanced VR interactivity.
