English version: This thesis examines the impact of data as a strategic resource for businesses, with particular focus on the case of Italian Professional Consulting Firms. Through the development of a completely Python-based application, the tacit knowledge of professionals involved in client-facing processes is transformed into structured information, serving as the foundation for subsequent modeling and predictive analysis activities. The intention is to highlight how the integration between the user-friendly digital tools and and professional expertise can create virtuous cycles, transforming data from a mere operational tool into a true strategic asset for Management Control purposes. The proposed solution aims not only at addressing immediate analytical needs, but also lays the groundwork for a management approach based on continuous data analysis, demonstrating how operational information is crucial for companies of any size in today's market.
