Come mai il Gruppo ha sentito la necessità di iniziare questo processo, quali cambiamenti ha comportato e quali comporterà, come i vari ambiti della banca sono stati interessati e continuano ad esserlo in questo processo che è in continuo divenire. Si cerca di cogliere i benefici che possono ricevere la clientela e i dipendenti, soffermandosi sull'evolversi del ruolo di questi ultimi. Si arriva poi alla conclusione in cui verranno analizzate le prospettive future di Intesa Sanpaolo tenendo conto anche dei cambiamenti dell'ambiente circostante e si troverà un pensiero conclusivo sull'argomento preso in esame.
