Lo scopo di questa esposizione consisterà nell'analizzare come si è evoluta la posizione del minore che si trovi a vivere i momenti finali della propria esistenza e tutti i principi coinvolti in situazioni così complesse, nonché le problematiche che insorgono in queste vicende così estreme e particolari, chi sono i soggetti che entrano in gioco e fino a che punto si possono spingere nell'adottare scelte che ricadranno su queste piccole vite. Inoltre sarà operato un confronto tra la legislazione vigente in altri paesi europei in ambito di fine vita minorile, e quella vigente in Italia sul medesimo tema, andando ad esporre anche casi che hanno visto la pronuncia di organi giurisdizionali e che, in parte, hanno contribuito a scrivere la storia del fine vita. Infine, relativamente all'ordinamento italiano, sarà condotta un'analisi della legge n. 219/2017, prestando una particolare attenzione a tutti quegli articoli relativi allo status di minore.

The purpose of this exhibition will consist in analyzing how the position of the minor who finds himself living the final moments of his existence and all the principles involved in such complex situations, as well as the problems that arise in these extreme and particular events, has evolved. , who are the subjects that come into play and to what extent they can push themselves in adopting choices that will fall on these small lives. Furthermore, a comparison will be made between the legislation in force in other European countries regarding the end of juvenile life, and that in force in Italy about same issue. Also going to expose cases that have seen the pronouncement of judicial bodies and which, in part, have contributed to write the story of the end of life. Finally, with regard to the Italian legal system, an analysis of law no. 219/2017, paying particular attention to all those articles relating to the status of a minor.
