Riassunto
Abstract

This thesis document contains all the information related to my internship experience at the Akeron Consulting company in Lucca. The object of this experience is about the Corporate Performance Management software “Tagetik” implementation project in OVS S.p.A., a well-known Italian clothing brand, for the definition of a structured process of Closing and Management Reporting. After some brief theoretical hints regarding the concepts of CPM and Closing, and a brief introduction on all the companies involved in the project, the functionality and the structure of the “Tagetik” software and the main steps of the project will be described. The project is divided into a first step of analysis, followed by the implementation of the software and, finally, the Go-Live and post Go-Live support. Consequently, this thesis mostly focuses on the duties I fulfilled during my stay at Akeron Consulting.
