The thesis concerns the training programme that I carried out at the company "Cluster Reply", regarding a project of experimentations in generative AI. Specifically, I participated in 3 different use cases for a client in the luxury retail industry. The 3 use cases concern the following: designing a chatbot that analyzes legal documents and provides answers on some specific topics, using the Playground tool offered by Azure OpenAI; designing a chatbot that answers questions related to tabular data, such as sales reports, using ChatGPT API; generating images of new clothing items using ControlNet models.
