Riassunto
The present work investigates on the ProCap system performances, compared with traditional techniques in which pitot tube and hot wire anemometer are used with the aim to map wake regions by traversing method. It has been evaluated the drag of different bodies by using the momentum balance and the Jones theory. These results have been compared with balance, CFD and literature values too. Finally Uncertainty Quantification has been performed on the two different algorithms implemented in the drag estimation.
