This thesis, undertaken during a period of training at the Swedish company Modelon and during a internship period at Dallara, has two main objectives: to analyze the dynamic behavior of a high-performance single-seater sports car constructed by Dallara, and to check the validity and potential of a new piece of software used in dynamic analysis called 'Vehicle Dynamics library'. To this end, two types of vehicle model were designed, one using the aforementioned software package and the other with a second piece of software (used almost universally by car companies) called Adams_car. Upon comparison, the results of certain operations carried out with both models, in order to verify the validity of the software, has enabled the optimization of the model in the 'Vehicle Dynamics library' such that it be made as close as possible to reality, thereby enabling a more thorough analysis of its potential.
