I cyber attacks sono in grado di pregiudicare la stabilità degli ordinamenti statali, generando ripercussioni dirette nel mondo fisico. In questo contesto la cybersecurity assume un ruolo cruciale, garantendo la protezione dell'integrità e della continuità operativa delle infrastrutture critiche.
La seguente tesi mira ad esaminare l'evoluzione del concetto di cybersicurezza nei vari ordinamenti giuridici, con l’obiettivo di comprendere come essa si sia evoluta da semplice protezione informatica a elemento strategico per la tutela dell’interesse pubblico.

The following thesis aims to examine the evolution of the concept of cybersecurity in the various legal systems, with the objective of understanding how it has evolved from simple cyber protection to a strategic element for the preservation of the public interest.
