My thesis concerns welfare policies in the publishing field, specifically it aims to value the companies that are committed to organise a sistematic plan of welfare policies for the staff, highlighting the necessity of a good welfare plan.
After a historical overview it talks about Adraiano Olivetti, pioneer in this field.
The experimental part of this work examines the topic, observing the situation of an italian Company.
I prepared an anonynous survey, in order to evaluate the social impact of the social forecasting plans, and I shared it with the staff members of the publishing Company at issue.
The conclusions of the work arise from the analysis of the collected data, enriched by some personal thoughts about the topic.
