Riassunto
Supply Chain analysis: inside and outside processes and some real cases. Logistics of the entire Supply Chain involves many different processes and actors. This is an overview throught some real cases: food, winery, retail sales, small and medium factories. In addition, an higlight regarding warehouse and handling, throughput time and transport (rail, sea, train and so on). A quick sign on warehouse management system with a focus on the difference between manual and automatic. This thesis underlines how Supply Chain impacts both costs and time throught the entire procurement process.
