La presente tesi ha come oggetto di studio una serie di opifici idraulici ubicati all'interno del Comune di Camaiore (LU) (mulini, frantoi, ferriere, polverifici, pastifici, impianti per la follatura delle stoffe e per la brillatura del riso) datati fra il XIII e il XX secolo. I dati di tali opifici, prima raccolti tramite fonti bibliografiche, sono stati elaborati in un progetto tramite l'uso di software QGis con lo scopo di censire e georeferenziare i siti produttivi di interesse. Mettendo in relazione le informazioni ottenute con gli eventi storici e socioeconomici che nei secoli hanno interessato la zona indagata, si è cercato di ricostruire il quadro delle dinamiche legate all'organizzazione del paesaggio produttivo.

The object of study of this thesis is a series of hydraulic factories located within the Municipality of Camaiore (LU) (mills, oil mills, iron foundries, gunpowder factories, fulling factories, rise husking factories) dated between the 13th and 20th centuries. These data, previously collected through bibliografic sources, were processed in a project through the use of QGis software in order to surveying and georeferencing the production sites of interest. By relating the information obtained with the historical and socioeconomic events that have affected the investigated area over the centuries, we tried to reconstruct the dynamics linked to the organization of the productive landscape.
