Riassunto
Development of a novel reaction to introduce an aryl fragment on C-3 position of 1H-indazole cores without the employment of ligands. In an industrial context, a direct arylation that doesn't require ligands or additive to add in the reaction procedure, makes the process sustainable and with a less environmental impact. We decided to study this heteroaromatic core for its great and potential pharmacological properties.
