In questa tesi è stata studiata l'interazione fra quattro antibiotici (cloramfenicolo, dimetridazolo, metronidazolo e nitrofurantoin) e l'alga bruna Ascophyllum nodosum. Tramite esperimenti di contaminazione sono stati valutati sia l'uptake attivo che quello attivo. Le tecniche usate sono state la spettrofotometria di assorbimento UV-Vis e la cromatografia liquida HPLC-DAD.
In this study was studied the interaction between four antibiotics (chloramfenicol, dimetridazole, metronidazole and nitrofurantoin) and the brown algae Ascophyllum nodosum. Both the passive and active uptake were evaluated with contamination experiments. The study was conducted with absorbance spectrophotometry and liquid chromatography (HPLC-DAD).
