The goal of this thesis is to create a prototype of a cloud platform to collect and display data generated by industrial machines for food processing. The cloud platform will include an MQTT broker for data collection, a database and a graphical interface that will show the collected data to the end-user. Different technologies will be analysed during the thesis to select the best solution in terms of costs and scalability.
The work is carried out in the framework of the regional project Progetto Progetto DIGI_OMET POR FESR Toscana 2014-2020 and in collaboration with the company Omet FoodTech, manufacturer of industrial machinery for food use.
