Riassunto
My PhD thesis is about the study of different aspect of endocannabinoid system. In particular during my reserach project I focused my attention on two different topics:
1. Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of heterocyclic derivatives as potential MAGL inhibitors, which could be use for the treatment of different kind of disease, such as neurological disease, cancer, glaucoma, sclerosis etc...
2. Study of the ischemic damage effects in CB2 receptors knockout and CB1-CB2 receptors double knockout mice of both sexes.
