La tesi, scritta in lingua inglese, descrive la letteratura riguardante l'attitude al rischio degli individui, l'altruismo e la loro interazione. Viene descritto un esperimento svolto online il cui scopo è stato quello di analizzare l'effetto che il framing ha sulle decisioni prese nel Bomb Risk Elicitation (BRET) Task. In seguito viene descritto il design per un esperimento che si basa sempre sull'uso del BRET ma che mira a investigare l'interazione tra altruismo e rischio.

This work describes the current risk-attitude and altruism literature, including also their interactions. It is described an experiment performed online, whose aim was to study the effects framing has on the decision-making process within the BRET framing. Furthermore, an experimental design is described, whose aim is to investigate the interaction between altruism and risk, still within the BRET framework.
