Riassunto (Inglese)
This thesis develops an applied organizational and managerial improvement project within a non-profit association operating in the field of student affairs. The work combines three complementary perspectives: process analysis, management control, and social impact evaluation. Internal processes and responsibilities were first examined through an As-Is/To-Be approach, identifying critical workflows and opportunities for simplification and automation. Subsequently, budgeting and project evaluation tools were designed to support resource allocation, improve transparency across service lines, and strengthen decision-making. Finally, a Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis was conducted on a selected educational initiative to assess the social value generated for students. The study shows how integrating organizational analysis, economic evaluation, and impact assessment can provide a more structured and informed understanding of the activities and sustainability of a non-profit organization.
