Riassunto
The aim is to create a new generation of temperature measurement instrument suitable for use in hydrogen burners, which will be able to accurately monitor the temperature in the combustion chamber with high spatial resolution. The principle is to use a particle as a temperature probe, which is trapped and manipulated in a Hollow Core Photonic Crystal Fiber (HCPCF) using lasers. Through measurements of the particle's motion, which are obtained by analysing the light coming from the fiber, local temperature information will be recovered.
