Authoritative research highlight a high percentage of failure in IT project development.One of the claims made by research is that senior managers lack of involvement in the management and development of IT project. In this project we will try to understand what a senior manager should do to be “involved”, how this can aid the success of a project. We will collect the point of view of different authors, through the literature review, and of trainees and IT experts, through interviews. All the information acquired will be presented but discussed only at the end of the project, when it will be possible have a more complete vision of the problem and all its features.
