La tesi riguarda l'integrazione tra un configuratore di prodotto e un sistema ERP. Il caso in esame vede protagonista un'azienda operante nel settore delle costruzioni elettromeccaniche, la quale ha scelto di sostituire il sistema legacy già in uso. Il focus viene quindi posto sulle attività inerenti all'area vendite interna all'impresa. L'elaborato tocca le varie fasi costituenti di un progetto di implementazione ERP, oltre che introdurre una visione teorica in merito a tali applicativi, volta a favorire la comprensione del lavoro svolto.

The thesis focuses on the integration between a product configurator and an ERP system. The case study examines a company operating in the electromechanical construction sector, which has chosen to replace its existing legacy system. The focus is therefore placed on the activities related to the company’s internal sales department. The thesis addresses the various phases that make up an ERP implementation project, as well as introducing a theoretical perspective on these applications, aimed at facilitating the understanding of the work carried out.
