Con il sopraggiungere della pandemia causata da SARS-COV-2, è stato creato, approvato e messo sul mercato il vaccino Comirnaty prodotto da Pfizer e BioNtech.
Questo studio ha lo scopo di analizzare le reazioni avverse al vaccino presentatesi durante la prima fase del ciclo vaccinale effettuate presso l’AUOP e di metterle a confronto sia con gli effetti avversi dichiarati dalle case farmaceutiche produttrici sia con il rapporto dell’AIFA.
With the onset of the pandemic caused by SARS-COV-2, the Comirnaty vaccine manufactured by Pfizer and BioNtech was created, approved and marketed.
This study aims to analyze the adverse reactions to the vaccine that occurred during the first phase of the vaccination cycle carried out at the AUOP and to compare them with the adverse effects declared by the pharmaceutical manufacturers and with the AIFA report.
