Riassunto
This multicenter retrospective study evaluated clinical and morphological outcomes of infrarenal EVAR performed with a conformable aortic endograft, focusing on the impact of proximal neck anatomy on sealing durability. Elective cases were included regardless of strict IFU adherence, with centralized core lab imaging reanalysis. Isolated short neck or severe angulation alone were not associated with adverse outcomes, whereas their coexistence significantly increased the risk of type Ia endoleak and secondary interventions, identifying a high-risk anatomical profile.
