The thesis concerns the assembly and troubleshooting of a test rig for cryogenic journal bearings of the BART project test facility. The aim of the project is to test journal bearings lubricated with liquid methane. This work contains a step-by-step description of the assembly of the test rig. Then, an analysis of the sensors and actuators of the facility is carried out, leading to the selection of the necessary signal conditioning electronics and the design of a control cabinet for explosive atmospheres. An introduction to the data acquisition software "LabVIEW FPGA" is included, together with the development of a first application for thermocouples acquisition. An overview of the valves and pneumatic actuators of the facility is carried out, leading to the selection of the necessary components for the pressurization line of the pneumatic actuators. A first part of the assembly phase of the fluid management system is the last part of this work.
