L’argomento proposto riguarda i cittadini stranieri che si rivolgono ai Centri Caritas. In particolare, viene proposta l’analisi delle Diocesi di Pistoia e Pescia nel fornire assistenza verso queste persone, andando ad affrontare tematiche riguardanti i flussi migratori e la loro storia, per poi passare alle politiche sociali italiane, al ruolo dei Servizi Sociali, ai diritti e doveri dei migranti e al ruolo delle Regioni

The proposed topic concerns foreign citizens who turn to Caritas Centers. Specifically, it analyzes the Dioceses of Pistoia and Pescia in providing assistance to these individuals, addressing issues related to migratory flows and their history. It then moves on to Italian social policies, the role of Social Services, the rights and duties of migrants, and the role of the Regions.
