Riassunto
Starting from the years '80 physical activity has been regarded. as an essential tool for improving and maintaining a healthy profile and augmenting performance. Many studies have published data that officially conffer to exercise the suggested benefits. Yet these examinations did not pay attention to the fact that the range of improvements across the participants was fairly wide and most importantly a more thorough analysis would have outlined that some individuals were able to obtain noticeable gains while others did not show any or even had negative results. The current work focuses on investigating such event attempting to discern the underlying causes and consequences and proposing possible ways of intervention both through a physical approach and a nutritional one
