The thesis, conducted in collaboration with the Quinn Consortium, examines the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA ERP system in a company specializing in the production of electric cables, with a focus on change management and business process redesign. The company, experiencing growth but constrained by an outdated and inefficient ERP system, faces challenges in operational management and system integration. The choice of SAP S/4HANA was driven by the need to centralize processes, improve information management, and enhance efficiency by adopting standardized processes and better integrating corporate software. The Quinn Consortium supported the transition through analysis, training, and operational tools, ensuring a structured approach to the challenges. The thesis evaluates the risks, impacts, and benefits of the project, highlighting the improved efficiency, production traceability, and system integration achievable through such an initiative; finally, it underscores the critical role of change management in complex technological transitions.
