L’ obiettivo di questa relazione è quello di descrivere l’attività che ha caratterizzato il mio percorso di tesi.
Questo si è tenuto presso Fendi SRL, azienda del settore Moda lusso, in cui ho lavorato nel reparto logistico (AFSS) a Sesto Fiorentino, provincia di Firenze.
Il mio compito principale presso Fendi SRL è stato quello di sviluppare una reportistica personalizzata su Power BI. L’obiettivo è stato quello di creare un sistema che fosse facilmente accessibile e interpretabile da tutti i membri dell’organizzazione a livello mondiale, fornendo un mezzo efficace per valutare le loro prestazioni. Questo strumento avrebbe dovuto essere intuitivo e fornire informazioni chiare e precise.
Per minimizzare le operazioni ripetitive e standard, ho implementato un processo automatizzato di scarico, elaborazione e caricamento dei dati in Power BI. Questo processo è stato realizzato utilizzando il software Power Automate, uno strumento potente che permette di automatizzare una serie di operazioni, risparmiando tempo e riducendo la possibilità di errori.
Grazie a questi strumenti software di Microsoft è quindi stato possibile creare una reportistica ad hoc per il reparto AFSS, con analisi di prestazioni mediante KPI di fondamentale importanza per prendere decisioni e valutare l’operato.

The goal of this report is to describe the activity that characterized my thesis path.
This was held at Fendi srl, a luxury fashion company, where I worked in the logistics department (AFSS) in Sesto Fiorentino, province of Florence. My main task at Fendi SRL was to develop customized reporting on Power BI. The goal was to create a system that was easily accessible and interpretable by all members of the organization worldwide, providing an effective means of evaluating their performance. This tool was supposed to be intuitive and provide clear and precise information.
To minimize repetitive and standard operations, I implemented an automated process for downloading, processing, and uploading data to Power BI. This process was realized using Microsoft’s Power Automate software, a powerful tool that allows you to automate a series of operations, saving time and reducing the possibility of errors.
Thanks to these Microsoft software tools, it was possible to create ad hoc reporting for the AFSS department, with performance analysis through KPIs of fundamental importance for making decisions and evaluating work.
