Riassunto
Among the underlying reasons for migration fact frequently encountered today, are the absence or inequality of economic opportunities and social security problems. Fundamentally, corruption lies behind the lack of economic opportunities, social security problems, and trust in management, especially in underdeveloped and developing countries. In this study, I aim to prove that the effects of corruption indirectly cause migration. Especially the cost of migration of highly skilled labor will be investigated in cases of developing countries such as Turkey in order to determine the negative effects of corruption over development and economic growth.
In the first section, different definitions of migration will be presented. After the migration fact is combed through, the definition of corruption will be made, the literature about the effects of corruption on the economy and social life will be examined. In the second section, the framework with seven human securtiy dimension will be presented. The effects of the lack of these seven human security dimension will be discussed. In the third section of the study, the corruption in Turkey and how it cause indirectly to migration will be investigated. In the forth section, the human security framework will be applied to the countries.
