In my master thesis project I modeled a heavy truck with semi-trailer in Simulink environment. The model is equipped with air suspension system, it simulates vertical, lateral and roll dynamics. I implemented few different scenario where the vehicle can be tested to verify the goodness of its dynamics behavior. Then some simple stability control has been inserted in the model. In the end I used a target PC to run real time simulation. It is also capable of performing driver-in-the-loop simulation: steering wheel and pedals allow us to drive the vehicle using a graphics engine.
