The dissertation focused on the stratigraphic analysis of the standing walls of the church of S. Andrea in Foriporta, Pisa.
The study was structured into three main parts. The first examined the historical development of the ecclesiastical building and of the surrounding district of Foriporta in which it is located. The second presented an archaeological analysis of the architectural complex, based on the investigation of the stratigraphic units and building activities. The third addressed the photogrammetric methodology employed for the survey and documentation of the rear wall of the building. The thesis has been published 2022 in digital format by Pacini Editore

La tesi che ho svolto riguarda lo studio della stratigrafia muraria dei paramenti della chiesa di S. Andrea in Foriporta a Pisa.
Essa si articola in tre parti: nella prima ho esaminato le vicende storiche dell'edificio ecclesiastico e del quartiere, Foriporta, in cui è collocata, nella seconda ho fatto un'analisi archeologica del complesso architettonico attraverso lo studio delle unità stratigrafiche murarie e delle attività, nella terza ho descritto la metodologia fotogrammetrica utilizzata per il rilievo della parete posteriore dell'edificio.
