Riassunto
The work of this thesis concerns the study of biofilm formation by L. monocytogenes derived from sampling at a pork plant from 2017 to 2022. Analyses were carried out to know its serotype, serogroup, whole genome sequencing (WGS) was performed and then Multi Locus Sequence Typing (MLST) and then core genome MLST were performed. The purpose was precisely to characterize L. monocytogenes, see which seuqence typing it belonged to and the gene clusters. Once this information was had, biofilm formation was evaluated.
