Riassunto
The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical outcomes of two groups of patients with HCC treated with TARE:
Group A: Treated with standard dosimetry.
Group B: Treated with personalized dosimetry.
Personalized dosimetry leverages advanced imaging techniques, such as SPECT/CT with 99mTc-MAA, to segment tumor and liver volumes accurately. This enables tailored radiation delivery, maximizing tumor dose while sparing healthy liver tissue
