  This thesis has been carried out with the Sub-Intensive Department and Direzione Presidio’s collaboration at San Luca Hospital. The main purpose of the study is the implementation of a management System which is able to manage pharmaceutic products efficiently and effectively and to define the right number of goods needing to be kept in the warehouse by analysing historical data.     
The above quantity should ensure a high level of products availability and in the same time avoid a large fixed capital.
Tu sum up, the system implementation aims to keep stocks under control by track shipments, loads and unloads. That allows the employees to know exactly what it is stocked within the warehouse and what kind of product has to be ordered towards the supplier ESTAR. Moreover, it is likely to keep under control the expiration date and verify the presence of expired drugs stocked in the warehouse.
However, it is necessary the support tools (hardware, modem wifi, Software, bar code) and a deep communication of guidelines which have to be followed by employees in order to achieve the goal above. During the study it is also assessed negative and positive impacts caused by introduction of LINFA system.
