Riassunto
Lo scopo della presente tesi è quello di analizzare l’importanza che può avere un progetto come quello della CIRColazione di qUalità delle Merci su VEttori nella CaTena logistIca del prOgramma (CIRCUMVECTIO) nel moderno mondo dei trasporti per strada, mare o ferrovia.
Il fine del progetto è quello di attuare e mantenere una piattaforma informatica che abbia la funzione di intermediazione nello scambio di tutti quei documenti necessari al trasporto delle merci fra i vari attori della catena logistica; in questo modo è in grado di rispondere ai bisogni degli stakeholder e degli operatori della catena logistica integrata e paperless, sviluppando in tal modo sinergie con le infrastrutture esistenti. Oltre alla gestione dei flussi documentali, sulla piattaforma è anche possibile gestire e programmare dall’origine a destinazione un viaggio in modo semplice e immediato.
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the relevance of a project such as the quality movement of goods on carriers in the programme logistics chain (CIRCUMVECTIO) in the modern world of transport by road, sea or rail.
The aim of the project is to implement and maintain an IT platform that acts as an intermediary in the exchange of all those documents necessary for the transport of goods between the various players in the logistics chain; in this way, it is able to meet the needs of stakeholders and operators in the integrated and paperless logistics chain, thereby developing synergies with existing infrastructures. In addition to document flow management, it is also possible to manage and plan a journey from origin to destination in a simple and immediate way on the platform.
Il fine del progetto è quello di attuare e mantenere una piattaforma informatica che abbia la funzione di intermediazione nello scambio di tutti quei documenti necessari al trasporto delle merci fra i vari attori della catena logistica; in questo modo è in grado di rispondere ai bisogni degli stakeholder e degli operatori della catena logistica integrata e paperless, sviluppando in tal modo sinergie con le infrastrutture esistenti. Oltre alla gestione dei flussi documentali, sulla piattaforma è anche possibile gestire e programmare dall’origine a destinazione un viaggio in modo semplice e immediato.
