Questa tesi ha analizzato i possibili risvolti giuridici derivanti dell’utilizzo delle intelligenze artificiali nel settore industriale, con riferimento alle attività fino ad ora conosciute come prodotti di un’attività intellettuale umana.
L'elaborato è partito dall'analisi delle categorie giuridiche più rilevanti in tema di brevetto, marchio e di diritto d'autore; ha proseguito con l'esame di cosa siano le intelligenze artificiali e di come esse funzionino.
Una volta delineati gli aspetti principali sia in tema di proprietà intellettuale sia in tema di intelligenza artificiale, l'elaborato ha cercato di individuare i casi in cui la normativa vigente potesse essere adattata ed ha cercato di proporre delle soluzioni giuridiche idonee a colmare lacune normative per i casi per i quali si sia ritenuto che la disciplina vigente non potesse essere adattata.

This thesis has analyzed the possible legal implications of the use of artificial intelligences in the industrial sector, with reference to the activities hitherto known as the products of a human intellectual activity.
The paper started from the analysis of the most relevant legal categories in the field of patents, trademarks and copyright; continued with the examination of what artificial intelligences are and how they work.
Having outlined the main aspects both in the field of intellectual property and in the field of artificial intelligence, the draft sought to identify cases where the existing legislation could be adapted and sought to propose legal solutions to fill regulatory gaps in cases where it was considered that the existing rules could not be adapted.
