Micogito è un'applicazione web che offre un serious game volto a stimolare gli anziani affetti da declino cognitivo.
Il serious game prevede sette tasks che mirano a stimolare diversi domini cognitivi implicati nell'invecchiamento cerebrale.
Nella realizzazione dell'applicazione, sono state tenute in considerazione sia le caratteristiche relative all'usabilità e all'accessibilità del sistema da parte del target di utenti considerato, sia quanto è stato già fatto nel campo "serious games per stimolare cognitivamente gli anziani". Questo stato dell'arte è stato ottenuto da una revisione sistematica della letteratura.
Sono stati effettuati dei test utente sull'applicazione Micogito per valutarne l'usabilità e per correlare i dati relativi alle interazioni con i tasks a fattori come la competenza tecnologica degli utenti, la loro età e il loro stato cognitivo attuale.

The serious game includes seven tasks that aim to stimulate different cognitive domains involved in brain aging.
In the web application design, both the characteristics relating to the usability and accessibility of the system and what has already been done in the field of "serious games to cognitively stimulate the elderly" were taken into consideration. This state of the art was obtained from a systematic review of the literature.
User tests were carried out on the Micogito web application to evaluate its usability and to correlate data relating to interactions with tasks to factors such as the technological competence of users, their age and their current cognitive status.
