Summary
This thesis presents some studies in view of the test of Lepton Flavor Universality Violation performed through the measurement of the ratio :
R(K) = BR(B->Kmumu)/BR(B->KJ/Psi(mumu)) * BR(B->KJPsi(ee))/BR(B->Kee)
using the data collected with the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in 2018 during special data taking of the Run 2, in which about 10 billion B-hadron decays were collected on an integrated luminosity of 41.5 fb-1, thanks to a dedicated trigger called "B-parking".
