The aim of this thesis is the realization of a microenvironment mechanically and spatially controlled using inject printer. Basically by printing an appropriate pattern with inks containing reticulant agents on a hydrogel substrate it is possible to control the degree on cross-linking and consequently the mechanical properties of the hydrogel substrate.
