Summary
L’obiettivo di questo lavoro è lo studio del sistema multistrato rame/nichel/stagno e della sua evoluzione in seguito a trattamenti termici prolungati. Sono stati misurati gli spessori delle fasi presenti (metalliche ed intermetalliche) in funzione dell'invecchiamento termico, con la tecnica della coulombometria a corrente costante. Le fasi sono state identificate con la diffrattometria di raggi X. Sono state condotte analisi morfologiche al SEM ed al microscopio ottico metallografico.
The target of this work is the study of the multilayer system copper/nickel/tin and its evolution with thermal treatment. The layer thickness of the phases (metallic or intermetallic) was measured in relations with the thermal aging, by coulometric method with constant current. The phases was indentified with X-Ray Diffraction analysis. Morphologic analysis was carried out with SEM and metallographic optical microscope.
