Riassunto
The present study aims to define the market analysis and the financial feasibility of an innovative project developed by SkyBox Engineering S.r.l: the design of a taxidrone for air transportation of people in large cities, TiltOne.
The study starts describing the entrepreneurial feasibility of the project to demonstrate that there is strategic know-how in the team to produce the product.
The following chapter aims to outline the distinctive and innovative features of TiltOne and the relative service. This description it is useful to define all the external variables that are able to determine their success or not over the years and to develop the analysis of the potential market. This description is necessary in order to decide the most suitable city in which to implement the air transport service for people.
Once the city has been decided, further external key variables that the company will have to manage are described and quantified.
After verifying that there is a potential market large enough to be able to guarantee a flourishing development of the service, the attention in the following chapter is based on the quantification of the costs and resources necessary to guarantee the correct development and operation of the project.
These data are useful for developing the economic and financial analysis, the object of the sixth chapter, which defines the overall financial and structural needs of the project, outlines the financial statements and the break-even point.
The analysis ends with conclusive reflections on the whole project and its development.
