In questo lavoro verrà affrontata la tematica dei tipi di società, con particolare riguardo ai criteri di identificazione degli stessi, all'effetto prodotto dalla Riforma del 2003 e, infine, all'ibridazione avvenuta ad opera degli ultimi interventi legislativi.
