Questo lavoro di tesi ha lo scopo di descrivere l’esperienza di tirocinio svolta presso AKC Advanced Knowledge Consulting. L’obiettivo del progetto è l’implementazione del software CCH Tagetik per la definizione del processo di Closing Gestionale e di bilancio consolidato nella line of business Hotel & Resort del Gruppo Alpitour. La mia figura di consulente junior è stata inserita nella fase di sviluppo dell’ambiente in Tagetik, nella formazione al cliente e nella fase di assistenza al Go-Live e post Go-Live del progetto e nella redazione /aggiornamento di alcuni documenti di progetto. Lo sviluppo dell’elaborato prevede una breve introduzione teorica sul Corporate Performance Management (CPM), sul concetto di Closing Gestionale, seguita da una panoramica sull’azienda nel quale ho svolto il tirocinio, AKC, e sull’azienda cliente, il Gruppo Alpitour. Successivamente, viene descritto in maniera dettagliata il software Tagetik e le quattro fasi del progetto: la fase di Design, la fase di Build, la fase di Release e la fase di Manage. Nella parte finale vengono presentate le conclusioni di questo elaborato e gli obiettivi raggiunti.

This thesis work aims to describe the internship experience at AKC Advanced Knowledge Consulting. The objective of the project is the implementation of the CCH Tagetik software for the definition of the Management Closing process and consolidated financial statements in the Hotel & Resort line of business of the Alpitour Group. My role as a junior consultant was included in the development phase of the environment in Tagetik, training to the client and assisting in the Go-Live and post Go-Live phase of the project and drafting / updating some project documents. The development of the paper includes a brief theoretical introduction on Corporate Performance Management (CPM), the concept of Management Closing, followed by an overview of the company in which I interned, AKC, and the client company, the Alpitour Group. Next, the Tagetik software and the four phases of the project are described in detail: the Design phase, the Build phase, the Release phase, and the Manage phase. In the final part, the conclusions of this paper and the objectives achieved are presented.
