L'elaborato in esame ha ad oggetto lo studio della rappresentanza volontaria a partire dall'esperienza giuridica romana fino ad arrivare ai nostri giorni. Oggetto di indagine sarà anche l'ipotesi patologica della rappresentanza apparente e le soluzioni che sono state individuate per farvi fronte, sia nel diritto romano che in quello medievale ed infine contemporaneo.
The paper in question concerns the study of voluntary representation starting from the Roman legal experience up to the present days. The subject of investigation will also be the pathological hypothesis of false representation and the solutions that have been identified to deal with it, both in Roman law and in medieval law and finally in contemporary law.
