In questa tesi farò un excursus su cos'è l'attività motoria preventiva e adattata, sul perché è opportuno svolgere un protocollo preventivo e adattato e a chi è rivolto. Descriverò brevemente il ginocchio nella sua anatomia e biomeccanica. Esporrò alcuni dei vari tipi di infortunio che possono colpire i calciatori durante l'attività sportiva e mi concentrerò in particolare modo sulla lesione del legamento crociato anteriore. Analizzerò l'incidenza tra uomo e donna e i vari fattori che influiscono nell'aumento delle probabilità di incorrere verso la lesione. Si proseguirà con la spiegazione del meccanismo lesivo e dei diversi tipi di trattamenti chirurgici che possono essere attuati per la ricostruzione del suddetto legamento. Alla fine del lavoro inserirò un capitolo parlando della fase di riatletizzazione con un paragrafo concentrato sulla prevenzione e sul ruolo che ha il laureato magistrale in scienze motorie nelle casistiche particolari come questa per far si che l'atleta ritorni di nuovo ai massimi livelli pre-infortunio e diminuire la probabilità di ricaduta del medesimo infortunio.

In this thesis I will make an excursus on what preventive and adapted motor activity is, on why it is appropriate to carry out a preventive and adapted protocol and to whom it is addressed. I will briefly describe the knee in its anatomy and biomechanics. I will discuss some of the various types of injuries that can affect footballers during sporting activity and I will focus in particular on the anterior cruciate ligament injury. I will analyze the incidence between men and women and the various factors that influence the increase in the probability of incurring the injury. We will continue with the explanation of the injurious mechanism and the different types of surgical treatments that can be implemented for the reconstruction of the aforementioned ligament. At the end of the work I will insert a chapter talking about the reactivation phase with a paragraph focused on prevention and on the role that the master's degree in motor science has in particular cases like this one to ensure that the athlete returns again to the highest pre-injury levels. and decrease the likelihood of a relapse of the same injury.
